Orly Katz is a licensed, board-certified, professional counselor (LCPC) with an MA in Counseling from Johns-Hopkins University. She is also a Registered Nurse with a master’s in Maternal-Child Nursing from the University of Maryland, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC),a  certified Bringing Baby Home™ educator and a certified Enrich Prepare Pre-Martial Counselor. Having worked for over thirty-five years with new mothers, children, families and couples from diverse cultural backgrounds and different settings has led her to the awareness of the need to help people holistically.

Orly founded ECCS hoping to implement her experience and knowledge in treating her clients. She integrates therapies utilizing techniques derived from the Adlerian, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Solution Focused Brief theories, tailored to your specific needs.

Also on the Bringing Baby Home™ team is Zene Teklu.  Zene is a registered nurse who graduated  from Howard University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is a specialist in mother/baby nursing and practiced in that field for over 20 years. She is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) as well as certified Gottman Bringing Baby Home Educator. She is also an experienced IVF nurse which helped her to have a wider understanding of women’s and family issues in all rounded way.  Zene brings with her a wealth of experience in international patient education.
