Group Supervision

In our office we define group supervision as a group of two or three supervisees who are supervised by one supervisor. During each group supervision, we take turns discussing and processing cases, trends, theories or topics brought up by supervisees. The group collaborates, and learns from each other with the supervisor as a leader. Groups are formed on their own prior to starting the supervision and agree to at least 10 weekly supervision hours.

The cost is $60 per supervisee per hour for the morning schedule (until 1:00pm) or $70 per supervisee per hour between 1:00-4:00pm. It is my personal goal to provide each supervisee in the group with the best resources, knowledge and skills, and to assist them in getting the most effective training for them.
